The client trains on the Pilates machine and not on the floor. The group is a maximum of 6 people, and we use props to facilitate or challenge the execution and integration of connections in the exercises. Additionally, by using the Peak Pilates System, we have all the Tower elements to challenge the strength, endurance, and flexibility of the core and extremities.

It is the most demanding level, also cardiovascularly.
Dynamic and functional reformer
